Any exchange/ refund must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the parcel. Upon confirmation of product defect by the principal brand, we will process your exchange or refund within 30 business days of your purchase.
If an exchange is granted, your return shipping costs will be refunded in store credits with proof of receipt, up to a maximum of MYR10 for East Malaysia and RM20 for West Malaysia. Registered mail is recommended.
